Combine 1 tsp with 4-8 ounces of hot or cold water using a whisker or shaker bottle. Once combined you can drink it straight, add milk or cream, pour over ice and add frothed milk for a matcha latte. You can also combine the powder into other recipes or dust the top of yogurt or smoothies.
This product does contain caffeine, approximately 70mg per 1 tsp.
