A very small amount of Maltodextrin is used in the powder process to reduce clumping. It is not used as a bulk additive. While it is a negligible amount, those with food sensitivities should test this drink in small amounts before using regularly for adverse effects.  This Maltodextrin is made from non-GMO corn starch.
